Philippe joined Teresa Monroe as a Project Manager Officer. He has 15 years of experience in market research, data, and experience management. He has led the Airbnb’s customer service in France and manage to maintain a high quality of service.

He excels in project management and CX strategy. Combined with skills in technical implementation and migration. Philippe is now developing his skills in employee experience and engagement : strategy and implementation.

Philippe has strong foundations in sociology, economics (through his masters and as a teacher in high school). He also has competencies in quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Skills that have served many compagnies over the years.
