Jonas has 15 years of experience in market research, data, and experience management. He has led and pioneered an ambitious voice of the customer program at a major public transportation operator, Keolis Group. Jonas is trained in statistics, data mining (SAS, R...), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), making data speak for itself. He is open-minded about digital and SaaS tools that transform and facilitate relationships with customers and employees. Jonas is also an expert in the successful integration of Qualtrics XM at the heart of IT systems, including Zendesk, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.

Jonas excels in project management and system integrations with APIs. He is proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development. Jonas is skilled in co-building and co-innovating processes, and he is fluent in French and English.
