She established and led VoC programs at Airbnb for 5.5 years and created and led the Net Promoter practice at Symantec Corp., USA for 10 years. Desirree served as Director of B2B Sales & Account Management for Netcom Online Communications & Excite@Home for 8 years and held various roles within Human Resources at Xerox Corp for 5 years. Additionally, she is the Chair Emeritus and a founding member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Director at the Customer Institute, and a Leadership Coach.
