Vanessa Pedrini has over 2 years of experience in customer experience, employee engagement, marketing, and management. She has developed training programs and customer journey development for Audemars Piguet. Vanessa has a hospitality management background focused on customer journey and CX and has gained international experience in cities such as Lausanne, Lugano, and Prague. She joined Teresa Monroe in 2022 as a CX Junior Consultant and has managed projects for Adeo and Leroy Merlin, as well as CX junior implementation for Legrand and ASML. Vanessa excels in project management and is Qualtrics certified. She is proficient in WordPress, HTML, and CSS, and has a strong attention to detail and customer orientation.
