Romain has 10 years of experience in Management Consulting and Experience Management consulting. He completed his gap-year and end-of-studies internship at Accenture in their Management Consulting & Strategy entities. Romain worked for 5 years as a Management Consultant in a start-up, serving both French and international customers across various industries including banking, luxury, automotive, consumer goods, and utilities. He joined Teresa Monroe in 2020 and has had several international experiences in Finland, Hong Kong, and the USA. Romain is certified in Design Thinking from the Design Thinker Academy in Amsterdam (2017) and is an active volunteer with Konexio & Télémaque.
