Louis Rétho joined Teresa Monroe as a Technical Consultant, bringing valuable experience from both his academic and professional journey. During his fourth year of engineering studies at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), Louis completed a six-month internship at Teresa Monroe. In his role as an intern, Louis focused on Customer Experience implementation, collaborating with well-known companies such as bioMérieux, Cegos, Eutelsat, Nexity, and Legrand.
This experience provided him with a solid foundation in CX strategies and their application across a variety of industries. Certified as a Qualtrics CX and EX Technical Consultant, Louis excels in technical implementation, project management, and CX strategy, making him a key contributor to Teresa Monroe’s mission. He is also proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API integrations. Now a fully fledged member of the team, Louis is ready to further develop his impact through meaningful CX initiatives. He is fluent in both French and English.
